Refund Policy
The store policy allows you to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unworn, in its original condition, in its original intact packaging and the security/tamper-evident label has not been removed or broken. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at lolicajewellery@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will provide a prepaid return label using the same method as the original delivery, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Please keep proof of return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Each piece is individually handcrafted and inspected before dispatch. I am committed to maintaining the highest standards and ensuring your order reaches you as intended.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours of delivery) with photos so I can put things right. I will offer an appropriate solution, such as a refund, repair, or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Customised/ personalised items are also not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
